
Low carb honey BBQ chicken and broccoli

Ingredients
- 1–1½ cups Just Bare Oven Roasted Original Bites
- ⅓ cup no sugar hot honey BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1–1½ cups broccoli florets
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. sliced green onion
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick pan to medium heat.
- Add vegetable oil and chicken to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
- Add broccoli and water then stir and cover for 3 minutes.
- Add BBQ sauce and chicken back into pan and heat for 60 seconds, or until sauce is hot.
- Garnish with green onion slices and serve.
